Do you search for positions outside the U.S.?

No. I do have connections that seek candidates in locations outside the U.S. (typically Canada), but it's not guaranteed. My expertise lies within the U.S. market, primarily NYC. However, I have placed candidates in California, D.C., Baltimore, etc.

Will you only find me jobs in New York City?

No. Although most of my recruitment experience has been with firms in NYC, I have recruited/placed candidates in other locations such as California, D.C., Chicago, Michigan, etc. The skills I have developed navigating the NYC market will easily apply to other locations.

So, how will this entire process work?

I will schedule a Consultation call with you to see if my services will fit your needs and plan our strategy. Then, I will create a Cover Letter, Resume & LinkedIn. Once you approve, I will begin to track and find jobs. Then, we will start the interview prepping process.
